Happy Thanksgiving

The fourth Thursday in each November marks a day of gathering, food, celebration, and the giving of thanks for many Americans. This day is also met with childhood nostalgia of Grandma’s special recipe that she only makes on this one day. For some, however, it is a time that evokes memories of loss for loved ones who are no longer with us. There is, however, a common denominator for all of us on this Holiday…we take a moment to reflect on something or someone that we are thankful for. Maybe you have to reflect deep into your past or maybe all you need to do is look across the table. In either case, let’s all give thanks for that special something or someone that has crossed our path at some point in our lives. We will be better people for it.
